Customer Service Order

How do I get in contact with the owners or customer service. I've email the email that's included in the PayPal order form but I haven't received a response back to my email in a couple weeks. Before I place an order I want to make sure my question gets answered. Do anyone have any suggestions.

From what have seen,he doesn't send you a tracking number.You only get a Paypal receipt.
