Mostly self-effects. It gives me a nice boost of energy that keeps me going throughout the day, and improves confidence noticeably as well. My voice is a touch deeper as a result of this confidence boost.

I haven't gauged effects from others yet at this point, and my work mixes are too complex to pick out any one component regardless. Solo testing of anything will have to wait until I have a proper off day not spent on preparing food or running errands. Right now work is keeping me too busy to focus on other things.
