I recall that Steve said before that it's around 55 mcg per spray.

Which is why 1 spray of Cohesion is all you need and you're good to go. As for the oil, who knows?

I've enjoyed success with 2 sprays, but lowered to 1 with no dropoff in hits observed. A good product.

That was my concern too that's why I asked Steve. I have bad self-effects when going over 50-60 mcg of straight A-1. However, with Cohesion, I can go as much as 2 sprays or drops. I even tried 3 drops, and the self-effects wasn't bad, but I think it's a waste of product. I usually use just 1 spray or drop.

I've never experienced any negative effects from cohesion but I think I have from straight Androstadienone .
