Ok so I've been using this a couple weeks & it's going back. It does a decent job (better than fingers or manual removers). However, there is a greater potential for skin damage. I have a huge honking zit next to my nose & I believe I caused it trying to go after a couple blackheads. This gadget works by vibrating out the comedone if done correctly. Which can cause an acne flare-up. Also the potential for pimples when picking comes from potentially pushing the blockage back into the pore, so when your using vibration it pushes that further down. My verdict : this is a good gadget if you're not an obsessive picker such as myself
