Hello,
I received a mail the 25 october from androtic about my birthday.
They just asked me to answers to this mail and they will give a gift...
I answered Imediatly.
But as I received anything I contacted them the 7 november,
Until today still, I had any answers!...

That they have difficulties to rebuild their business I can understand it, but that they offer me a gift of their own initiative when they are not obliged to do it, and that they do not offer this gift while I answered; all this makes me think that they have no credibility and no chance to regain the trust of their customers...

It's been like so for a longer time. I received mail by 28th of September, replied, nothing.

I did get a discount longer time ago, managed to use it to get some TAC. (By 2016 or 2017, when the shop was still open someway.)

The issue has been going on for a couple of years. It is an automated message, but the company is a mess.
