I've never bought directly from Lacroy before but I put an order early in the month, but never got my order. I've contacted them a few times and their customer service is almost non-existent and I never received a single reply.

I'll stick with buying from LoveScent like I used to. Not sure if I could get my money back..

Early in the month - That's no time!

Last order I had from Lacroy directly took a whole four months to get to me.

They were pretty generous with the free samples though, even if it was for a product I didn't like.

4 months!!!! Wow, I guess I could wait but their lack of response is a bit disconcerting. Does it take that long to ship stuff out of South Africa???

It does take a lot of time. I sent them messages too and they never answered but the product did arrived.

IIRC it mainly ships from Zimbabwe, not SA but my last order was eventually posted in the UK. Puzzling...!

My most recent Lacroy purchase came from a firm in Germany and it took around ten days - the fastest I've had from any of their agents.

Currently struggling with this. Ordered Impi Red direct like stated in another thread on the 6th. Have yet to receive product. Received a message from Daryn and my bottle should be coming from Poland. He said it should take 10 days. We will see!

I did! I cant remember where i posted it, but it took just under a month...ordere June 6th received it on the 2nd-4th from Poland.

Well, I've been sticking with just HG for the last three weeks BUT on the 2nd I think, I took it out to because it was the weekend and I wanted a slight change of pace. There was a natural red head I sometimes work alongside. She seemed to be MUCH nicer to me, even after I flat out neg'd her on her appearance. She's usually pretty feisty and doesn't take shit. She purred like a kitten, but didn't seem embarrassed. Almost like she liked the attention. Her body language also appeared to be more positive.

It's next on the list and I will be sure to let you know.
