If I have NA which is unscented, would it be better for me to apply it to the back of my ears?

Or would it better more effective to apply a cover spray to my back of the ears, let it dry, then apply the NA?

It's one of those things that you need to test to see what works best for you, certain products like glace work better for me cologne first, but other products like wingman black work better with cologne next to the mones application.
