I have to agree with Cman.
Its all about pushing your limits. Do things you normally wouldnt do. Jump in to it, and if you do it enough, it'll come more natural to you.

Your worst enemy is yourself. You cant go around thinking you aint as good as anyone else. Thats just bullshit, your just as good and maybe better than anyone else.

Dont be affraid what other might think about you. If anyone have a problem with you, then let them just have their little problems. Its better to stick with those who appreciate you for who you are. But for letting those be able to appreciate you, you have to show them who you are. Make some initiative. Make a plan on how to improve yourself. Do thigs you feel might push your limit.
And if you do a mistake, no problem. You can learn from mistakes.

Good luck finding you pheromones.

also consider your diet, if that's you. getting rid of social awkwardness for me was a lot to do with getting rid of sugar, gluten and candida, while increasing my vegetables and serotonin levels.

i'm not quite there yet, but i'm getting there. there are always the moments when i flow like a charming gentleman, so i know something's in that. gotta let my system heal.

Glace, fastburn formula in silicone.

And the Extrovert Personality subliminal from Real Subliminals.

And some elbow grease.

Like everyone says -- It's about YOU, and pushing yourself.

Mone's are just the icing on the cake, and they wont' work if you don't stay congruent with them, which is something that becomes more and more evident as you gain experience with products.

Change comes from within.

Being desired is a desirable thing

You have already made it over the hardest hurdle which is deciding to make changes in your life, everything else will come with time, patience, practice and education. Best of luck with your transformation, as many have mentioned earlier, the pheromones will be the icing on the cake after you have made the changes within.

I believe everyone at one point in time has felt exactly the way you feel about being socially awkward. If they say they have not felt that way...they are lying their ass off and trying to hide something.

Hell, I will admit it...I still feel that way from time to time. Sometimes I am up and I feel really good and feel like I can talk to anyone, and sometimes I am down and feel like I can not relate to anyone. It happens to the best of us, man.

Just do your best...and don't let your bad days get you down.
