I've long felt that alpha-androsterone's effects are calming with positive uplift.

I'll occasionally self dose with 50mcg if I feel like a focused and smooth day at work.

You mean the same night or on other use times? I usually only wear it once a week so maybe that makes a difference to its effectiveness.

BW increases risk taking, it’s not necessarily a self confidence booster. Depends on the person if that leads to a self confidence boost. If the risk they take gives a good result often (ask a girl out and she says yes), and they internalize it to mean this is who they are (im someone women want to date, here is the proof) then sure. Otherwise, no.

Scent of Eros apparently boosts self confidence according to the maker. It does imo.

Cops kinda works like BW, you’re horny and more likely to do something about it (consent and legally im hoping). Should help with believing you’re someone who gets laid, for some people anyway, lol others will think that of you though.

I mean when I wear several days I don't feel anything. It happens also with many products but not all

Get back in the gym if you’re not already. I also like BW as Trace mentioned, kind of makes feel more in the zone. And there’s a lot of reports on Max T-150, it’s designed to be real simple and easy to use.
