I've read many a post asking about shipping lead times, email comms, sample-requests, etc. for Apex, and thought it would be a good idea to consolidate our experiences into one thread for future reference.

Bottles came securely bubble wrapped and in a padded envelope. Thundr very graciously included a sample of Core V2, as requested, along with a handwritten note of thanks and to have fun. Nice personal touch!

Everyone should have figured it out by now, Apex normally doesn't send out tracking. Maybe Thundr's trying to cut out all the questioning about it. SPOILED MONE USERS we are.

Emails(where applicable): Received email from paypal immediately after transaction as per normal. No further communication. Sent an email on 6Dec14 asking for an update on the order. Got a response on the same day describing a delay with a supplier, and the possibility of CV3 sample in my order and description of the product, no ETA of delivery was given.
Other Thoughts
Free sample of Imprint, woohhooo, no CV3, but who cares, the former is free tried and tested product. Thanks Thundr.
I think providing a basic delivery time on your website would be useful, obviously you want to lower expectations here so saying a month for international deliveries would make sense. The primary reason here is that people will expect typical delivery times of 2 weeks, and will be disappointed when those expectations are not met. Many will obviously not realise that yours is a home based business that you do on top of your full time job.
99% of the time you'll significantly better the stated delivery period which will leave the buyer with a nice surprise, ie lower expectations and then outperform. I don't think an expected elongated waiting period would put many customers off as I product reputation rules the pheromone world.

Products: Core Pulse, Titan Fury Ordered: 22 Feb 2015 Postmark(shipped): no idea Received: 20 Mar 2015 Shipping Option: Standard international Location: Southeast Asia Emails(where applicable): I PM-ed thundr on 18 Mar asking where is the product since I had not been given any tracking number or heard any updates about it. He told me that the order was turned back by USPS because there was leakage in the package. He said that he already sent me a new package instead of waiting for the package to come back and fix it. He apologised for that and told me he'll throw in a free bottle on my next order (I would of course prefer if the free bottle is included in the new package, but better than nothing I guess). Other Thoughts Minimal leaking with the products when they came. The caps were wet, and the core bottle was not completely full. I'm reasonably happy as far as leaks are concerned. But I did not get any of the samples I requested. I asked for samples of the three other products in his main line, and got nothing. Forgot to include it when he made the new package? I don't know, but I was quite disappointed with that, because I have read that others get samples and I specified in my order that I am a new Apex customer. But looking at the bright side, I'm just happy the stuff is here. I have had lots of problems with USPS shipments lately, they always take forever to come.
Btw I'm not sure where I should post my core impressions or whether I should post them at all, there are so many reviews and threads on it already!

I have yet to receive any information regarding my order. The package says delivered but I never received it. Apex was doing great and working with me to solve the issue until all communication stopped and I have not heard any updates since the 31st of March.
Update: Recap is the issue was with the logistics of the carrier and not the shipper. The delay in response was due to the carrier not responding. Apex should be commended for their integrity and the way they finalized the issue. Apex took the issue up with the carrier and went above and beyond on the customer service side on my end. You have a satisfied customer who would recommend your product and service to anyone considering going the Apex route. Top Notch Product -
