Same thing here! Ordered on the 25th. The email on the site isn't working but on the PayPal receipt they list a different email address. I just emailed them literally 5 minutes ago. I spoke with one of the guys who told me about this stuff. He said that he didn't have this problem. He also said that these products use hormones, aphrodisiacs, and hormone triggering extracts to attract. He claims he used it with NAG, New Pheromone Additive, and Evolve but I can't validate his claim.

I filed a dispute with PayPal today. I still haven't received my order yet or a tracking number. I just went through this exact same thing with Hax 2 weeks ago.
