I recently placed an order for Erox using their website (via the PT affiliate link) and paid via Paypal. However I've heard/seen nothing since receiving the auto-generated order summary. And emails to [email protected] and [email protected] are bouncing with:

"Recipient address rejected: User unknown in relay recipient table [RCPT_TO]"

Has anyone successfully done business with them recently?

Whatever link you followed isn't an affiliate link because they don't even have an affiliate program, but I will see if I can reach Sanjay tomorrow and find anything out for you.

I tried to order erox last week and it just didn't work. Every time I placed order it wouldn't even go to a PayPal page.

Shoot- I had no idea the site had stopped working. We will work to get it back up and I will post a very healthy discount code here as a make up

My mistake -- I used the "Visit Erox website" link off PT thinking it was an affiliate link that would support PT like some of the links in the other "Pheromone Companies, Reviews and Links" areas.

I eventually got to PayPal and my order went through from PayPal's point of view and I received a proper looking PayPal receipt. However the auto-generated "Purchase Receipt" from [email protected] looked weird. It had a purchase number (783), product name and $ total, but no customer info or shipping address.

Then the bounces after emailing several @erox.com addresses trying to follow up made me suspect things were broken.

OK turns out one of our engineers updated a Wordpress patch which crashed the shopping cart.

Use Pherotruth upon checkout ;)
