Sad news coming from the world of good foods, good stories and just being who you are.



It's a silent killer. Doesn't discriminate, doesn't show exclusive symptoms.

He had me laughing plenty of nights. Sadly it seemed he was only laughing on the outside.

Maybe he went into hiding. Maybe he is serving up a good time and making the devil laugh or maybe he wanted to do a show for parts unknown: heaven or hell.

Either way to bad and it's sad.

Get help. Plenty of help out there.

I dont rule that out. Chester was murdered I believe. Who knows with Hollywood and these sex cults. Who knows what anyone knows nowadays.

More likely that his new found low-carb no-sugar diet caused his body's overall stress levels to rise (cortisol/prolactin/estrogen/serotonin), along with his increased exercise and possible prescription medication for blood pressure or even depression, which he has talked openly about before.

When older guys who aren't obese lose weight, it's rarely a sign of positive health.

Also, in the last few years he divorced his second wife, with which he has a teenage daughter, and started dating Argento, who is also 20 years his junior with a very volatile past. Chaos.

Heard he had substance abuse challenges and depression. Mental health challenges are hard enough but when you add substance abuse to that mix......I believe that is a tall order for anyone to handle....

To be fair Asia Argento is hardly high-profile, and Bourdain, although very opinionated, wasn't a sh*t-stirrer publicly.

Having said that, I did just come across something odd posted yesterday:
