Androsterone Sulfate?

Does anybody know exactly what Androsterone Sulfate is? I assume it differs from our usual Androsterone, perhaps it's similar to DHEA or DHEAS? I've seen it in a number of products.

SteveO uses this molecule in BlissXS, haven't looked into it as a single in depth though.

Im positive Androsterone sulphate is the same as TAA from androtics.

Is that really it? Considering androtics is so shady with their putatives, you may be on to something :o. I always assumed that since it looks like it is part of the Androsterone family, it would have some status building properties to it or something. How strange...

When you think about it though TAA is one of the only "social" molecules you can apply a shit load of and not come off beta, it also gives you a warm confidence. that's exactly what I get from Blissxs although it is steered with Alpha Androstenol.

That's very true, nice insight! I actually didn't think of it that way.

Androsterone sulphate is similar to dheas. It does feel a lot like instant shine. Never played with taa solo. Low levels of dheas are strongly correlated with low sex drive in women.

Wow interesting about dheas levels and sex drive in women. My wife has a bit of low sex drive she has admitted this to me. Can she safely take this supplement?

If she bites you did it right.

Short version: The question of safety is complex and personal. It involves a lot of factors including which diseases your wife might be pre-disposed to. Some people will be fine taking DHEA which may convert to DHEAS in healthy individuals. I know DHEA can convert to DHEAS in the body but don't know if it's use is standard treatment. The sulfated androgens are supposedly how the body stores androgens... I don't quite understand why the body works that way, but I've read it once or twice. Some people will have risk factors, so they shouldn't take DHEA. So talk to your doctor and see if low DHEAS is the reason your wife has low sex drive and if DHEA supplementation could fix the problem.

The longer version;
You can't buy over the counter DHEAS. I'm unsure whether some people would fail to convert DHEA to DHEAS or whether DHEA is even a standard treatment for low DHEAS. But you can buy DHEA or pregnenolone but not DHEAS. Sulfated steroids break down more readily than other steroids when exposed to things like heat. I don't know if this is the reason they aren't sold as supplements, or if there's some other reason.

I'm curious if women with low sex drives are more likely to respond well to DHEAS as a pheromone. Perhaps that'd even be safer than taking stuff internally?

I don't know why, but bulky additions to the C3 group (DHEAS, Androsterone sulfate, Molecule E from Alpha Dream's second round of testing) seem to make for really interesting pheromones. Molecule E2 has a Benzene ring instead of a sulfate group on the c3 carbon. Basically, the benzene ring is a potentially stable replacement for a sulfate group.

In other words, I see what Chris was testing out with molecule E2 and it was a very interesting direction to go in. I don't know how to find other molecules to go further in that direction. So far as I know, there are no plant based pheromones which mimic sulfated androgens. But the sulfated version of any working pheromone would be interesting to test, if one could get ahold of it.

I thought maybe DHEAS could enhance sex drive in women with normal sexual drive levels. Is it a reasonable thought?
