On the alpha dream website, it says 'free shipping', but when I go to check out, it adds postage costs on. Is it only free for people who live in the US? (I live in the UK).
I though it meant free shipping for everyone.. so don't know whether this is a glitch, or meant to be this way?

Either way, I need to checkout soon otherwise my order will not get here in time for me to receive it, so if someone could clarify this for me I would be very much appreciative!

If I remember correctly, you only get free shipping when your order is above $70, and only with the standard shipping method.

The free shipping is for orders inside the United States.From what I've seen anything out of US has to pay for shipping and it's for all the pheromone companies not just Alpha D.

Nope! I'm in Europe and I got the Free Shipping on my last order, because it was above $75. Unless they've change it in the last month, you should have it. Call them and ask, it's much faster than email

Alright Retrospect, since you're the new guy on the block go ahead and place your order and if you get charged the shipping let me know, and if it's supposed to be free and Chirs doesn't refund the shipping, I'll cover it for you, BUT, you gotta post reviews on what you ordered, fair enough?

EDIT I called and spoke to Chris and he said that if you're charged shipping on a $153 order he will refund it.

Hi retro,

There is supposed to be a free shipping option with international orders totaling over $75. I am not sure why this is not coming up for you, it much be some glitch in the shopping cart. If you complete the purchase, just send me an email and I will gladly refund you the cost of shipping.

Thanks chris ..although unfortunately i've just received an email saying my order will be on hold until '9 July 2012' due to bottle stock issues. Now I don't know if you meant 9 July 2013, or if you meant 9 December 2012? If it's until December, would you be able to post to a different address than the one I stated in the order? Because I am at university (and staying in university accommodation) at the moment, but I shall be going home over christmas (so will need it to be posted to my home address).
