INSTRUCTIONS FOR LISTENING:

To get the best results, you are supposed to listen to tape 1 every day for a WEEK, then switch to tape 2 for however long.

Then go back and forth until your subconscious fully integrates everything.

The best time to listen to the tapes is right before you go to sleep or the very second you wake up.

Not sure what this has to do with pheromones. Maybe this belongs in the Life and Leisure section?
