They dont reveal how much pheromone content is in it. If you haven't tried alpha impact before I would get some of there less expensive stuff to try first and see how that works for you. $80 is a lot of money and the least they could do is state the total pheromone content even if they do not tell us which mones are in it. From reading the information they do provide I am thinking its a similar formula to ammo from androtics. They mention the word ammunition more then once and underline it and while this is just a word I know in marketing word association is often used to lure customers from other products. Not saying its not a good product though.

Just contacted sales. They state that their pheromone products contain 2% of pheromone content and they use 3 pheromones, they don't say which pheromones tough....

I guess 2% may be weak for what I've come across, any ideas?

2% is not weak, but it is incorrect.


The definition of w/v percentage is:

1g/1ml = 100%


2% equates to 20 mg per ml, or around 2 mg/spray (2000 mcg/spray) for a typical 100 mcl/spray atomizer. In a 10 ml bottle that would be 200 mg of total pheromone, or 200,000 mcg per bottle.

If it contains Alpha Androstenol, Androsterone and Androstenone (or Androstanone), each 10 ml bottle would probably cost you around $1,600 at the typical going rate for pheromones.

It is probably more likely to be 20 mcg/spray or 0.02% solution -- or at the most 200 mcg/spray or 0.2%. I'm guessing it is probably 0.02 %.

The email I got was from the store owner. So what would be more acurate??? 0.2%?? 0.02%??

I noticed that on Alter Ego, they use similar ratios for the formulations, to me they seemed low but I'm not a chemist.

Just noticed that the AE bottle contains 3.375mg/ 7.5 ML
so thats around 450 mcg/mL which when comparing it to the gel/pks would be like equal to 42 pcks. I usually get at least 3 good applications from the AE gel pks, they work very well for me in hot weather.
