I placed an order recently for bottles of L2K and Certo. Immediately afterwards I realised I had not put my email in the form (most order forms will not let you do this but AD does for some reason).

No big deal, I straight away shot an email to their sales address with my order number asking them to add my email so I could find out what is going on with my order.

A week later, still no reply.

So I call the sales number and speak to a very nice lady who wants to help but she can't get in the system to check the status of my order, so she takes my email address and promises that someone will get in touch.

5 days later, still nothing.

So I still have no idea if my order has dispatched, when it should arrive etc.

Having spent over $100, I would expect a bit better. This contrasts with the service from LAL, where Garry personally returned emails very quickly.

I just hope the products do actually arrive and our worth the hassle.
