Too late for me. I purchased Nude Alpha 2 weeks ago. I'll wait since rev 31 was a bust and rev 32 was lacking the fallout effect.

Nude Alpha is $40 cheaper.

This morning I thought about the price of A314 pheromone cologne.

A few years ago when I first joined the forum A314 was $59.95. I believe it was John Sebastian who raised the price of A314 to $109.

A314 is about $11 per ml while Creed Aventus is $3 per ml and Creed Royal Mayfair is $4 per ml.

This makes A314 one of the most expensive colognes in the world. It even beats out Ambre Topkapi which is about $610 for a 100 ml bottle ($6 per ml).

The price tag puts A314 not far behind Annick Goutal's Eau D'Hadrien which is $1500.00 for a 100 ml bottle ($15 per ml)

Thanks for the info, dorf meister. I pulled the trigger on the full price version before that sweet little discount. Hopefully I can still cancel and rebuy. If I can't, it looks like I'll have a bit more than I bargained for. Hopefully it's not a dud.

Everything about AD rubs me the wrong way. They have lied about everything the whole way, the lack of the reminder email is just a harbinger to what you get with AD. Yesterday when I was informed it was back I looked at the my stash, then A314's price, back at my stash, and went "naw, fuck AD."

Paradox is right. Given their poor business practices and outrageous cost I would rather just keep playing with what I have and not risk losing $100 if the product doesn't agree with me or something.

If there is good feedback by the time I run out of TAC I might try some. I also am curious about p96, or maybe it was p86, I can't remember. Until then, AD you can go kick rocks.

Are we sure this is an identical product? If it wasn't AD I wouldn't even think of such things...

Just seems weird that they would have such an obvious cheaper product for the same thing.

Well, I actually bought them both in hopes of being able to cancel the first order which was at full retail price. Hopefully I get through and can cance today before it ships. So far, no luck. In any event, I'll be able to let you know. A very costly post that will be.

I think it is legit. I think they are just trying to reach people who haven't used pheromones before and who might be dubious about them. I think they figure they can hook them with their best product and then draw them in to the larger world of pheromones represented by their main site.

It would be really bad business to lure people in for one sale and then give them an inferior product to ensure they will never buy from you ever again and will also generate nothing but negative word of mouth. Androtics may have some poor business practices but I don't think they are idiots.

Let's hope so.... If it wasn't AD I wouldn't even consider such tactics as possible.
