I am in my 20's.

I searched the forums but did not find anything. I have tried both, I find myself in between, which one do you think is best?

For me (mid 30's) 2 works great. 1 is good but 2 is much better.

You can go on using 3 spray and I recommend doing it. It is overdose safe. You can use it higher dosage. Go from 3 spray to 2 spray to 1 spray to test. You will understand this product better than starting with lower dosage.

I'm 20 and use 3-4 sprays for outdoor diffusion
but 2 sprays works well indoors

Isn't it better to note whether you are using the 10ml or 30ml bottle? I think the 30ml sprays more but I could be wrong (anyone would like to chime in? I'd like to know)

Just choose where you spray it, to be honest I find the scent of wolf to be cloying when too near your nose.

LOL, you should not. Have fun and then decide. I still recommend 3 spray. You will bound to have fun.

You can always go back to 2 spray.
