If you are posting an issue with a vendor, we ask that before doing so you have attempted to reach the vendor directly, either by email, telephone, or contact form on their website, and allow them a reasonable amount of time to respond.

If you have not received a response after allowing the vendor a reasonable amount of time to respond, or did not receive a satisfactory response, then feel free to post here, with the understanding that the vendor may or may not decide to respond.
